Delivery & FAQs

Hey! Thanks so much for supporting ITRL! This is a one woman owned shop and everything is either small batch, limited edition or made to order. If you would like to place an order (thank you so much) please read the below to ensure you avoid any disappointment :)

ITRL is currently based in Melbourne, Australia but we also offer shipping to the UK, NZ, US, Canada and Europe (please see EU section below) amongst other countries. Where your order will be delivered from depends on the item being purchased - please see more info below!

POSTERS

The posters are all printed locally and shipped domestically to your location so as to avoid any expensive delivery costs and import fees! 

WOVEN THROWS 

All throws are made to order items which ship directly from North Carolina, US where the blanket is woven (not Australia or the UK). Shipping is free on the woven throws however you should consult your government website for information on import fees in your country and be sure that you are happy to pay these before placing an order. Thank you :)

All orders come with tracking and the tracking info will be given once the item has been dispatched.  

BANDANAS 

The bandanas are all limited edition items which are limited to a particular amount each month - these are made, packed and shipped out by me from Melbourne Australia! Once sold out I’m afraid they won’t be restocked. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

Please be aware. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders (outside of Australia/US.) I will be unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. I cannot offer refunds for unclaimed items or unpaid customs fees so please be sure you are 100% sure before buying!

Please keep an eye on your tracking details to ensure you don’t miss the delivery :) If you are missing a tracking number, please get in touch and I’ll send it over asap! 

EU & NORTHERN IRELAND CUSTOMERS

Due to the current EU GPSR guidelines I am unable to ship certain items to the EU. I will still be shipping original and small batch artworks, if you are unsure or have an issue checking out, please get in touch!
