Delivery & FAQs

Hey! Thanks so much for supporting ITRL! This is a one woman owned shop and everything is either small batch, limited edition or made to order. If you would like to place an order (thank you so much) please read the below to ensure you avoid any disappointment :)

Delivery: 
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 working days however please allow up to 5 working days for items to be dispatched unless otherwise stated in the product description (ie- pre orders) This does not include shipping time. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

Please be aware. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders (outside of the UK). Due to Brexit, if ordering from Europe it is highly likely there will be an import fee. I will be unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. I cannot offer refunds for unclaimed items or unpaid customs fees so please be sure you are 100% sure before buying!
Please keep an eye on your tracking details to ensure you don’t miss the delivery :) If you are missing a tracking number, please get in touch and I’ll send it over asap! 

WOVEN THROWS 

All throws are made to order items which ship directly from the US (not the UK). This may mean that UK and other worldwide orders may incur customs charges. Please be sure that you are happy to pay these before placing an order. Thank you :)

All orders come with tracking and the tracking info will be given once the item has been dispatched.  

BANDANAS 

The bandanas are all limited edition items which are limited to a particular amount each month. Once sold out I’m afraid they won’t be restocked. I do however, bring out a new bandana design each month, so if you miss out, please check my instagram for details of the next batch 😬
