EU & Northern Ireland Customers

To my gorgeous EU & Northern Ireland Customers, some unfortunate news!

On December 13th 2024, the EU will introduce the new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)

This advice has been very murky and unclear regarding these new terms & conditions and it is set to cause issues for many small businesses and artists who send their goods to the EU and Northern Ireland.

The new regulation requires all businesses (including small, handmade and/or independent businesses) to have a representative within the EU who acts on their behalf regarding product safety. This can be a costly process and will take time to put into place.

Whilst I am searching on finding a workable and affordable solution that allows ITRL to comply with these regulations, unfortunately for the meantime I have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily stop accepting all online orders from the EU and NI from the 7th December.

If you are based in the EU and would like to place an order, please do so before the 7th December. After this date I’m afraid there will no longer be an EU shipping option on the shop.

I’m absolutely gutted to have to do this and am so grateful for the support from my EU customers up to now! I’m sorry for any disappointment this may cause and I hope to be back with you soon x
